In accordance with the L&DCC Constitution Rule 13 (c) -
'From 31st December 2008, each member club will be required
to have achieved ClubMark to retain L&DCC status.
A club not having achieved ClubMark by this date
will cease to be or cannot become a member of the L&DCC.'
