Bootle set up a semi final tie with Sefton Park in the Cockspur Rum Club Twenty20 after defeating Northern by 5 wickets at Wadham Road this afternoon. Being inserted, Northern reached 120 with only James Cole (47*) and Chris Tipper (37) reaching double figures. Bootle replied with 121-5 after 17.2 overs, David Snellgrove 40 not out.
