'Pazza' called up by England Lions

Lancashire's 24 year old Stephen 'Pazza' Parry has been called up to the England Lions squad ahead of the final of the Triangular A Team series 2010 on Thursday at New Road, Worcester.
The all rounder has joined the squad as a replacement for James Tredwell who has been selected in the England ODI squad for the Natwest Series against Bangladesh.
Parry, who scored 2448 runs (avge 27.50) and took 236 wickets (avge 16.00) in 104 Liverpool Competition ECB Premier League matches over five seasons, two at Northern (2004-2005) and three at Bootle (2006-2007-2008), has played just three first class matches and is regarded as more of a limited over player, having taken part in fifteen List A matches and twenty in Twenty20.
