World Egg Throwing Record Attempt

There will be an attempt at the Guinness Book of Records World Egg Throwing record at Ormskirk Cricket Club on Monday 5th May 2003.

On 12th November 1978, Johnny Dell Foley threw a fresh hen's egg for a distance of 323ft 2in (98.51m) to Keith Thomas at Jewett, Texas without breaking it. Will anyone be able to beat this record which has stood for nearly 25 years?
