Following a registration irregularity in their last match of the season against Formby, Colwyn Bay 1st XI has been deducted 34 pts from their total, resulting in their dropping to fifth position and Huyton being promoted to the ECB Premier League for season 2003.
This action is expected to be the subject of an appeal by Colwyn Bay Cricket Club.
