SGM at Liverpool CC - ECB Feeder leagues

The ECB has given notice that, in order to retain its Premier League status, the L&DCC has to have a feeder league system in place whereby there would be relegation and promotion between the L&DCC and the feeder leagues, in this case, possibly the Merseyside Competition and the Southport and District League.

An SGM to discuss this matter will be held at Liverpool CC at 7:30 pm on Tuesday 2nd October 2001, when the following proposal will be put to the membership:

'to give the Management Committee the mandate to negotiate with the Merseyside Competition and the Southport and District League to form feeder leagues and return to another SGM with the constitutional changes'
